Shipping Policy

Free Shipping U.S orders only.

Scrapbook Treasures offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $75 (beore any taxes and/or $2 handling fee). Shipping discount is applied automatically during checkout. International orders are not eligible. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please Note: During the Holiday season and other peak times it may take orders longer to leave the warehouse. Shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped by U.S. mail.

Although certain restrictions apply, Scrapbook Treasures ships to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO / FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. Shipping rates are based on your cart subtotal before tax and handling. Standard Shipping for orders less than $75 is $3.95 + $2.00 handling. If you need expedited shipping please contact us for rates.


The Shipping Process:


The warehouse operates Monday through Friday and is closed during federal holidays. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process. Please note: Whether you choose Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping, your order may take several business days to be fulfilled.


We ship your order 


Orders are shipped from Rochester, NY. Average ship time is 2-3 business days for most states. For states on the West Coast the average being 5 business days. (Remember, this is the shipping time—we also may need several business days at the warehouse to pack up your order before it is shipped.)

Please keep these estimates in mind when placing your order. Please allow plenty of time to allow for any possible delays with the shipping process that may be out of our control.


If your items arrive damaged, missing, or there are other issues, please contact us at orders@scrapbooktreasures.biz. Notify us immediately if any product is damaged during shipping. Take a picture of the damage and send it to us right away.


Return policy

We have a 45 day return policy. 100% money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with a product return it undamaged, unopened and unused within 45 days we shipped it we will refund your purchase price. Please inspect the contents of you package(s) as soon as your order is delivered to ensure you have plenty of of time to take advantage of our 45-day refund policy.

Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it – unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The personnel at our warehouse maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out. In the event you receive a defective product please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.


If the return is due to our error we will pay the return shipping cost.
